PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with clix4clix.com and may result in legal prosecution. clix4clix.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. clix4clix.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. clix4clix.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

Clix4clix.com shall not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement or interruption of service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, civil or military authority, acts of public enemy, war, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, accidents, dire, explosions, earthquakes, floods, the elements, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of suitable parts, materials, labor or transportation or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Clix4clix.com.

Venue for litigation of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, in connection with, or in relation to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, naming Clix4clix.com as the defendant, shall be proper only in a venue determined by Clix4clix.com.

In any action between Clix4clix.com and User to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement, Clix4clix.com shall be entitled to recover expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees.

If any of these policies violate any law in User's area User may not use our service without giving up the right(s) granted by that law. Should a court of law rule any part of these policies unconstitutional or in violation of any other law, the rest of these policies shall stay in effect and be enforcable.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Clix4clix.com with respect to the Service.
